11END Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities Policy

Effective Date: 1 October 2026 · Last Updated: 1 October 2026

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to everyone who uses 11END, including Customers, Service Providers, Provider Managers (PMs), State Provider Managers (SPMs), Regional Provider Managers (RPMs), and any other person who accesses the 11END website, app or services. By using 11END you agree to follow this policy together with our other terms.

2. Acceptable use

11END may only be used to request, offer, deliver, manage and pay for genuine, lawful services through the platform. You must provide accurate information, act honestly and respectfully, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the rules of our payment partners, including Paystack.

3. Prohibited activities

You must not use 11END, directly or indirectly, for any of the following:

  • Any illegal activity, or any activity that breaks applicable laws or regulations.
  • Fraud, scams, deceptive or misleading transactions, fake bookings, or false claims of service or payment.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or moving money from unlawful sources.
  • Offering, requesting or paying for illegal, restricted or prohibited goods or services.
  • Exploitation of any person, human trafficking, forced labour, child exploitation, or sexual exploitation.
  • Buying, selling or handling stolen goods or property.
  • Unlawful drugs, controlled substances, weapons, ammunition or explosives.
  • Cybercrime, phishing, spreading malware or viruses, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
  • Identity fraud, impersonation, or using forged, stolen or altered documents (including during provider or manager verification).
  • Infringing copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights.
  • Payment abuse, including chargeback fraud, using stolen cards or bank accounts, unauthorised payments or false payment disputes.
  • Using 11END to process payments or transactions that are not for legitimate services booked on 11END.
  • Circumventing 11END's payment or commission system, such as arranging off-platform payment for jobs found through 11END to avoid commissions.
  • Harassment, threats, violence, discrimination or abusive behaviour toward customers, providers, managers or staff.
  • Any other activity prohibited by applicable law or by the requirements of our payment providers and banking partners.

4. Investigations and enforcement

11END may review accounts, bookings, payments and communications to investigate suspected violations. Where appropriate, 11END may, without prior notice:

  • Issue a warning or restrict certain features of an account.
  • Place an account on PND (Post No Debit), temporarily restricting withdrawals while an investigation, dispute or compliance review is carried out.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate access to 11END.
  • Cancel or hold bookings or transactions linked to the violation.
  • Cooperate with Paystack, banks and other payment partners, and share relevant information with them.
  • Report unlawful activity to law enforcement and other relevant authorities.

5. Your earnings and records

Restrictions such as PND do not delete your legitimate transaction history or earnings records. Where an account, payment, settlement or withdrawal is restricted during an investigation, dispute or compliance review, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the rules and processes of our payment partners.

6. Reporting a concern

If you see something that breaks this policy, please report it to 11END at contact@11end.com or through WhatsApp on +234 916 607 7650. Reports are handled confidentially.

7. Changes to this policy

11END may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its Last Updated date. Continued use of 11END after changes means you accept the updated policy.
